Beryl makes land

Tropical Storm Beryl has made landfall.

The storm hit land near Jacksonville, causing flight cancellations and knocking out pwoer to some 21,000 people.

Beryl is dumping heavy rain on Florida and is slowing working its way north to Georgia where tropical storm warnings are posted..
