Total ‘Hiroshima’ war on Islam taught at U.S. military school

It’s something that’s not much discussed publicly, though people privately or on chat programs sometimes consider the possibility. An all-out war between the West and Islam.
While this current and previous administrations have insisted the United States is only engaged in a war on terrorists – not on Muslims – a course taught at the Defense Department’s Joint Forces Staff College suggest other options.
According to Wired’s Danger Room, the future military leaders of the United States were taught a scenario where the tactics of Hiroshima might be someday used against Islamic population centers.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey described the course as “counter to our values of appreciation for religious freedom and cultural awareness” and “just objectionable, academically irresponsible”.
I suppose they teach war on everybody anywhere and we’d rather not know these things, however, if I were a Muslim I’ wonder if I would be frightened or angry to read this.
Maybe it is 2012 scenarios that will continue till we all reach 2013.
