Japan and Germany taking nuclear plants off line. There are calls to follow suit in the USA. And in France, talks of reducing nuclear power. But not in the UK.
There, officials are announcing an expansion of nuclear energy capability. A plan to bring online a new generation of nuke plants.

Maybe this new generation of nuclear plants is safer then the old once. Is it possible to improve nuclear plants? Have we improved on the safety of cars? Have we improved on the safety of coal? Have we improved on emissions?
