Poll: Stay out of Syria

TALK RADIO NEWS SERVICE

WASHINGTON - Only 20 percent of likely voters appear to support American intervention in Syria, according to a new Rasmussen Reports survey.

The ongoing conflict between the Assad regime and opposition forces, punctuated by a series of massacres that have left dozens of civilians dead, has been met with renewed calls from some lawmakers for stronger action.

However, half of Rasmussen’s respondents said the U.S. should leave the country alone and an additional 30 percent said that they were undecided.

The poll was conducted between June 5th and 6th among 1,000 likley voters.
