UN report: Syrian troops using human shields, we have the video

This video shows it. Syrian troops forcing civilians to walk with them, to prevent return fire.

Now a new UN report says, not just civilians, but children are being used as human shields.

   It’s better if we stay out of Syria. Anything we do to help civilians, we’d end up killing civilians.
