New evidence to be released in Zimmerman case

More evidence will become public Thursday in the George Zimmerman case, undoubtebly fueling the public debate over his guilt or innocence.

Among the evidence we’re expected to see: witness statements.

Zimmerman is staying at a safe house in Seminole County, Florida pending his yet-to-be-set trial on second degree murder charges in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.
