You mean there was no place else on earth to have a meeting? Small world is a saying used when people who know each other meet in a place they would not normally expect to see each other. It’s a BIG world and if Ban Ki Moon doesn’t know this what is he doing being Secretary General of the UN? He never heard the term “home court advantage?”

This is analogous to “non aligned” nations meeting in Germany during WW2.
