Book claims rift between FBI, NYPD

An explosive new book charges that the FBI is so upset with the NYPD spying on Muslims and Muslim organizations in New York City and New Jersey that it has barred its agents from dealing with the police department’s intelligence division, the New York Daily News reports.

It’s just the latest salvo in the continuing debate over tactics employed by the cops. The NYPD maintains it is not violating anyone’s civil liberties. Just prudently taking steps to protect New Yorkers from more terrorist attacks.

Why woul;d the FBI be worried of the police investigating suspects of terrorists ?
it do’s not make any sence unless the fbi knew about 911 before it happened.
so we got police investigating muslims and the FBI objecting to this procedure,
The Question is WHY ? is the FBI hiding some thing we dont know ???

If this is in anyway true the FBI will suffer the consequences should NYC come under attack again.

you will get that in any police force and within agencies due to bragging rights when its concerning police case or cases and in certain cases sometimes police wont know what the FBI are doing due to a level of security clearance or it may have a international element to it which less people knowing the better.
