AT LEAST 8 SHOT NEAR EMPIRE STATE BUILDING

CBS New York reporting at least eight shot, one fatally, near the Empire State Building.

CBS New York reports the gunman is the deceased person. Some of those who were shot were found inside the lobby of the Empire State Building, CBS New York reports. Some were found on the street.

It’s not yet known the reason for the shootings.
