UGLY DEMONSTRATIONS IN SAN FRAN OVER POLICE SHOOTING

A second night of protests, this time the crowd vandalized several banks and a police station, slashing tires and breaking windows in San Francisco.

Protesters upset over the police shooting of a parolee who cops say was brandishing a Tech-9 assault-type handgun. The wounded man is expected to surivive.
